Shipping & Handling

Carrier:
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise stated.

Liability:
Once an order has been shipped and is in USPS possession, Fantasy Chibi Pins is not liable for lost, stolen, returned, or damaged packages. Customers must contact their local post office for assistance with these issues.

Shipping Destinations:
Domestic & International

Processing & Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 2–5 business days after shipment (may extend to 5–10+ days due to delays).
  • International: Approximately 2–12 weeks depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping times may vary due to holidays or global delays.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, package weight, and seasonal rate changes.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking unless otherwise stated.

  • Tracking is emailed after shipment.
  • You may also track your order using the Shop app.

Combined Shipping

No combined shipping. No exceptions.


Address Changes

  • Requests are only accepted during designated periods announced on the support page (e.g., “shipping soon” updates).
  • No changes once grading begins.
  • Submit via Instagram DM or Email ( fantasychibisup@gmail.com )

Important:
All address changes must be approved by the original purchaser. If conflicting requests are received, priority will be given to the purchaser tied to the payment method. Fantasy Chibi Pins is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to miscommunication.


Pre-Orders

Timeline Expectations:

  • Production: 1–4 months (may vary based on manufacturer workload and design complexity).
  • Grading: Up to 1 week after arrival.
  • Packing & Shipping: 3–7 days after grading.

Important Policies:

  • All pre-orders include tracking.
  • In-hand items cannot be purchased with pre-orders. Orders containing both will be refunded.

In-Hand Items

  • Ships within 1–2 weeks after purchase.
  • If your order has not shipped or does not have a tracking number after 1 - 2 weeks, please contact support.

Payments

All major payment methods accepted via Shopify checkout.


Trading & Reselling

To maintain fairness within the community:

  • Pins may only be resold at Drop Price + Shipping + Fees while still in stock.
  • Once an item is sold out, resale pricing is at your discretion.
  • Pins must be in your possession for at least 60 days before resale.
  • Pre-orders may not be traded or resold until in hand.

Failure to follow these rules may result in a ban from the shop, Discord server, and Instagram.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase—please review item descriptions carefully before buying.

Eligibility:

  • Report issues within 14 days.
  • After this period, requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted.

Exceptions: 
If you were away during delivery, proof (e.g., travel documentation) is required.

How to Contact Support:
Please include your name, order number, and photos (if applicable).

Refund Policy:

  • Reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • No returns or exchanges for in-hand items unless defective.
  • Pre-order changes only allowed for upgrades or variant swaps (if available).

Pin Grading Scale

Pins are handmade and may have small imperfections.

  • Please note that all pins are sold as mixed grade in order to keep costs affordable and shipping times fast. However, each pin will be quickly inspected for any major defects before shipment.
  • Chibi will be working with a manufacturer that has produced very few B-grade pins, and even those imperfections were minor. If any pin has a significant flaw, customers will be notified via email prior to shipping.

Fantasy Chibi Pins produces fan-made designs. These are not licensed or official anime products. Colors may vary slightly from digital previews.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided based on grading tiers.
